Consent to Receive Messages

Services

Asselin Tax Consulting provides tax preparation, tax planning, and consulting services. All services are performed by or under the supervision of Greg Asselin. We reserve the right to decline to perform services at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the preparation of tax returns and other filings. Asselin Tax Consulting is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for any penalties, interest, or other amounts assessed by tax authorities resulting from information provided by the client.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
